Your mentor is always on hand to answer your questions and provide you with operational support.

Together with your mentor, you will regularly discuss your workload, development, and goals.

You will receive continuous feedback to help you reflect on your experiences and plan your career path.
Network and Exchange:
You have the opportunity to regularly exchange ideas and network with other interns and working students.
Integration into the Team: You will be integrated as a fully-fledged team member at eye level and immersed in our corporate culture.
Orientation Phase: At the start of the programme, you will get to know our corporate culture and receive an overview of your tasks.
Encourage and Challenge: We make sure that you are always appropriately challenged and can gain practical experience without being overloaded.
Diverse Projects: You can work on internal projects in Business Development, Sales or Delivery as well as on customer projects.
Company Events: Take part in our company events, put your presentation skills to the test in front of experienced consultants and gain valuable experience. You will gain in-depth insights into exciting company updates and have the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with colleagues.
