I am Marco and I live in the beautiful Saarland. Thanks to Consileon, it is possible for me to keep my place of residence and still pursue my career aspirations!

What was your dream job as a child?

When I was a kid I wanted to be a professional soccer player, now I’m here.

How does success look to you?

For me, success is pursuing an ambitious career that still allows you enough “quality time”/time for family and friends!

How did you get in touch with Consileon? 

I got to know Consileon at a career fair at my university and was positively surprised by the collegial and authentic impression the consultants made. I was then able to convince Consileon and an internship and working student position followed. After that, the contact was always maintained and after various internships at other banks and companies, I realized that Consileon is the right choice for a career start.

What did you study? 

I completed my Bachelor in International Business with a semester abroad in the USA. I then moved to Frankfurt to pursue my M.Sc. Finance including a double degree in Management at a partner university in Edinburgh.

What did you join Consileon as? 

In fact, I’m taking the classic career path here, as I went from intern to working student and ultimately joined as a Business Consultant.

What brings you joy?

To still have the time to do sports and switch off after an intense day at work.

What advice do you have for applicants? 

What I always advise applicants to do is to consciously choose a company in whose collegial working environment you enjoy working, as this is the only way you will achieve peak performance and be happy with what you do.
