Consileon digitalises Austria’s healthcare system

Consileon Austria has been awarded four out of six lots for framework contracts from IT-Services der Sozialversicherung GmbH (ITSV) and will implement AI projects for Austria’s healthcare and social insurance providers in the categories ‘Speech Recognition’, ‘Knowledge Engineering’, ‘Natural Language’ and ‘Conversational AI’ over the next four years.

As of today, ITSV is concluding large-volume framework agreements with Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH as part of its „ITSV2023/Artificial Intelligence Services/oV“ tender. The framework agreement we won comprises EUR 34 million in four lots and will be used by social insurance institutions such as the Austrian Health Insurance Fund, the Public Employment Service and the pension insurance fund over the next four years.

We now have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the digital development of the healthcare system in Austria in the following areas:

„We are extremely pleased to support Austria in its digitalisation projects. Having already been awarded around 20 framework agreements in the public sector since 2021 and now being a listed partner in 28 IT lots and six framework agreements with the Federal Procurement Agency (BBG) alone – that’s more than the two largest players in Austria combined – we now have the opportunity to drive forward the topic of AI with Austrian social insurers“, says Harald Kohlberger, Managing Partner of Consileon Austria. „This win confirms Consileon’s strong focus on consulting services and solutions based on artificial intelligence. The spearhead is currently the specially developed chatbot MyPersonalGPT and the AI quality assurance solution Lighthouz AI.“

In this context, we do not want to forget our long-standing implementation partners, who have contributed to the successful completion of so many customer projects and whose valuable contribution to the ITSV tender has made us the preferred partner: Accso, cognify, Eraneos, ]init[, and Lufthansa Industry Solutions.
