Companies tend to view the world through a collective perception filter, often failing to recognize opportunities and necessities for the future. Using various methods from systems theory, creative techniques and agile facilitation, we identify these filters and dissolve them. Everyone in the company should once again be able to perceive their own, actual potential.
People tend to remain stuck in old routines. They are not aware of the need for change, and in the worst case scenario, new digital opportunities are not used or are even fought against. This ultimately leads to changes not being implemented and productivity falling. Therefore, the goal must be for all employees to be integrated into the process or to take on a shaping role, thereby reducing the sense of threat and the associated resistance.
A new mindset also requires a corporate culture to match. The five agile values of focus, openness, commitment, courage and respect should form the foundation of such a corporate culture in order to take employees along on the digital journey. It is important to take away employees’ fear of making mistakes here. Mistakes will happen anyway, because digital change is an individual process. Rather, mistakes made in early project phases create a steep learning curve that ultimately leads to faster completion of the project.
