Reducing the time-to-market by 25% is the minimum – often 50 to 60% is also achieved – thus a real competitive advantage.
No one is laid off in bottleneck management. But those who make better use of their resources can ultimately achieve more than twice as much. The calculation is simple: If the same team manages more projects, the relative costs per project are minimized in the end.
A bottleneck hinders a company from developing further. But when the flow is restored and employees are no longer chasing target performance, there is suddenly more time and energy left for new things. “For most companies, digitization is at the top of the to-do list.
